That's probably why sometime a smell some funky water crap once in while! any help how to fix the sun roof on a 90 hatch? It has a moon roof. thanks

open it! and check all your drain hoses.. same thing happened to the sunroof in my mother's accord.
Sunroofs don't do a good job completely sealing when the sit in the roof, infact, they're not really meant to.. the drain hoses are there for that purpose. Check them.. clean them.. if the leak is coming from somewhere else then check the seals around your windshield..

About the smell.. it means it is in and under the carpets causing mold and mildew.. that's the smell. good luck..
btw: you have very poor sentence structure.

In the trunk area of your hatch, pull off the two small side covers. (The ones that allow access to the side marker lamps.) Now, put your hand in there and feel around for the rubber drain hose that comes from the roof. The hose has a joint right there that can be pulled apart. You can then force air up to the roof or down thru the drain hole to clear out dirt or obstructions. Do this on both sides of the car. Good luck.
