Default car leaking water...any ideas?

it is leaking onto the driver side carpet. is there a gutter system by the driver side A piller? I put a full pillar pod in and I think I may have screw into it if there is one there. Is there also one under the wiper cowl? cause I have these trees in my yard and they have a **** load of the helicopter things that fall and get stuck right there

This is a known problem with EG civics, there is a service bulletin about it.

rain runs down the window, into the plastic cowl where the window meets hood. Behind the quarter panel the chassis is sealed together there with just sealant. After 10+ years of vibration, the sealant doesn't do so hot.

Take off your quarter panel, strip off all the old sealant you can and now reaseal as much as you can.

Follow the service bulletin.

Good luck, I followed bulletin and water is still getting in. Maybe its on the other side of the car, I haven't pinpointed it yet.

The rear hatch is also another prone spot to leaking.

Idk, I know that it doesn't leak in the hatch, but I am worried about it getting my brand new carpet all wet

Sunroof?

There is two small tubes that run down from the power sunroof through the A-Pillars and drain water from the sunroof out the side of the frame near the lower door hinges. If the tube is damaged, water running over the sunroof will drain directly into your floor.

My brothers Accord had a similar problem with A/C condenstation getting caught up in a clogged hose. Shoved a coat hanger down the hose a few times, problem was solved.

I don't have a sunroof, and I don't have AC. Are there still those 2 tubes even if I don't have a sunroof?
