i bought a 6puck act clutch back in oct. but i cant feel that the clutch is wearing thin...so i was wondering can i just buy a new clutch disc and use the existing preasure plate. or is that bad ???

 

you can just buy a new disc, but while you're in there you may as well replace the whole deal. if you have access to a lift, maybe it won't take you as long as it takes me and you won't feel as bad about only changing the disc.

 

I own a lift, but I'd change the pessure plate and bearing too though.

 

Its always good to do everything at once...Just check it out and you can tell if it needs it.

i plan on resurfacing my flywheel,pilot bearing,throw out bearing and disc...i was just wondering if i can reuse the preasure plate

 

you can resurface the pressure plate if you really wanted to, yes. be sure to resurface it, just like a flywheel.
