my 1990 civic seems like its choking, when i step on the gas it bucks a little then it slowly picks up.....i changed the fuel filter and gave it a tune up. I had the car sitting for 8 months due to a busted timing belt so I then dropped in a engine from japan .... helpppppppppp. I think its the fuel pump
