Default 2004 civic radio not working after a jump

my girlfriend has an 04 civic and she left her lights on so i jumped the car...

now her CD player wont work...any1 have this problem b4?

damn women drivers lol.

is the cd player the only electrical instrument that doesnt work or seem to be acting strange?

Or if you can't find the code, see your dealer and they'll give you the code providing you have propper paper work to prove it's your car.

yeap, you need to find your security code. they gave it to her when she got the car - prolly in her glove box on a card.

Its a security feature on the newer models. Hopefully you can find the sec. code. If not you will most likely have to take it to the dealership. The bad thing about that is that they'll have to take out the cd player in order to get the vin off the back of the deck (to get the code). Most likely they'll charge you for that. Same thing happen to me luckily i got the vin and new someone who worked at Honda. Good luck.

if its an 04, the technician who did the Pre-delivery inspection on it should have put a little white sticker with a 5 digit code and a 10 digit code below that. The 5 digit code is ur radio code. enter it with the key pad and it should turn right back on.
