hey guys just purchased a new header for my teg.

but a lot of people have warned me about the heat

will the heat created by the new header hurt my motor

is there something that should be dont to an aftermarket header such as this

or is it not nessasary
because i dont want to ruin anything because of a header

its ok. your motor can handle the extra heat.

 

Nope, don't worry about it like stated above me. There will be more heat, but not enough to do any harm. In the future......you can always go with a JDM ITR Header and get an OEM heatshield. Less heat as well as the stealth look.
