I saw that other thread on here ( http://hondamarketplace.com/zerothread?id=1345217 ), maybe you should try the truth instead of making excuses. When it was brought to my attention, I wouldn't have really cared to reply, then I saw what you wrote. I read not one lie, or two, but three lies. Take responsibility for what you did and tell people at the time you scammed me. The past is the past and maybe you're legit "NOW" (doubt it), but you weren't "a straight up guy" then.

<u>Lie 1 & 2:</u> i sold him a set of si fenders that i noted to have dings and dents and sent him pics, noted that he would have to get them fixed

<u>Lie 3:</u> he had sent me a cashier check and it took longer for it to clear than it did for me to from me receiving the fenders back.

I 3-day prioritied you a postal money order. It takes two weeks to get the status of a cashed postal money order. As long it took you, I already had that information from the Post Office. I'd never buy from you again and wouldn't recommend you to anyone else.

By the way, I wouldn't go posting links to ebay feedback with complaints like:

mint condition means it has road rash, you're a joke.
