Default Re: Air Ride (92CivicSIRhb)

Air ride technoogy is a company. Air ride or air suspension is the term most used for the actual suspension kit on a car. Ive installed quite a few kits, and for the most part they are not any type of sport suspension. A good kit will give a god ride ans full adjustability or ride height. Air lift makes a very good kit that uses a 9 way adjustable shock with a rolling sleeve type air bag. Most kits for hondas use cylinders which give a ride that can be bouncy. Some say they love cylinders some say they hate them. Youd have to ride in a car to see for yourself. The higher the air pressure the stiffer the ride is, thats the downside. If you drop the car the ride gets soft and in new york with all the bumps, its hard to deal with. Ive found the airlift kits to be of great quality and they give one year warranties on all their parts and give great tech support. Overall nothing will drop a car like air ride. I love it.
