Uh...Yeah, you just turn the **** on the top. Read through the instructions, I THINK on mine there was a bit of English at the end. If not, it was in a separate book. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking that turning the shock s counterclockwise is soft, and clockwise is hard, but let me check on that before any of you go screwing too badly with it.

left is soft

right is tight.

6 clicks to the left from full right (turn to the right till it stops then go back 6 clicks)is the adjustment recommended in manual....

I'll see if I can find mine. 6 clicks from full stiff would be on about "9", and that's pretty friggin stiff. As a comparison, on the street I run at 0F/0R (full soft), and it's still pretty stiff. On track, for a dry track anyway, I've found 3F/8R to be nice. I had mine dynoed much earlier this year, and at 10 clicks there's something like 10K newtons of force, which is utterly insane. Keep that in mind when you think about using that or more than that number of clicks.

For the settings, you're going to have to play around with it a bit to get it to where you like it. That's the point of having all that adjustability. If you track the car, keep a record of your settings and make comments after a session about how the car felt and, if you got them, what kind of laptimes you were running. There won't ever be one setup that works the best all of the time, as so many different factors are at play, like temperature, weather, track surface, etc.
