i bought a 1988 civic 4 door lx and it has a 94 civic dx motor in it (5 speed)

now the o2 sensor is not hooked up... neither are half the vacumns... and some full injection stuff (i think?)

is there a way to hook up the o2 sensor? :S i can get pictures of the other stuff that isnt hooked up... but if anyone has done this swap (or something similar) can you let me know if it is possible to hook it back up?

it runs fine... but seems like its using more gas than it should.

 

What kind of mileage are you getting? I would think it would be running rich, is it smoking though?

 

oh yeah, i forgot to add.... my speedometer doesnt work... haha so is that a cable? or did the previous owner really hack job this swap?

i cant really figure out the milage cuz the odometer dont work...

it does smoke... but i think its oil... or something... cuz thats what it smells like when i rev high, and there is black **** on the back bumper from the exhaust.

i unno, i think im gonna ditch this motor for a b16 but that will be a while so id like to get it decent first...
