key will not turn inside the Ignition steering wheel is locked
can some give me so idea's its about to rain and my windows are down

huh, that usually does it for me. Do you have another key you could try just for the hell of it? It is possible that your ignition switch could be f'ed

haha i was replacing the igntion switch and after that it doesnt unlock when i put the key in. i cant even turbo the key
