[QUOTE=PhoenixTurbo.com]sorry to say, but that is not a Garrett core...QUOTE]
Sorry for the mistake, these Intercoolers were produced in house half way through a production run when we ran out of Garrett cores. We sourced some Spearco cores during that time to fill the backorder. We build numerous FMIC kits using these cores, and we also sell and stock precision Coolers. The picture above is an an acutal picture that I took yesterday, and here is another, these are by no means Ebay Intercoolers:

Here is a picture of one of our techs in the fab shop, he is also a honda-tech member with an H22A T3/T67

And another one of one of our in-house high performance turbo techs:

Finaly a picture of a production Spearco FMIC kit for our MK3 VW Golf VR6 kit.

Call SPEARCO and ask them how much a core alone cost, it is not a cheap EBAY intercooler core, its a SPEARCO WAVE technology core, thats why its more expensive than the "$160 intercoolers" that are made from rusted pop cans and sold by XS power and SS Autochrome.

The reason why no one believes you is because they are the same size cores. Why dont you cut them down to 24x10x4 or something different and resell them. Or hell...cut them in half and sell them as 6" tall intercoolers. A 24x12x4 Core from then would be HELLA expensive. Siimply put at a 400 dollar price tag you have to pay employees to put endtanks on...takes maybe an hour at 60 dollar/hour...you now have labor. 60 dollars. You have to pay for aluminum and tubing...maybe 20 dollars. you need to make a profit on this. lets say you make a 20% profit. 80 dollars. THis means you got a spearco core that big for 240 dollars. AT THATS AT BEST.

Phone Brad Lewis at turbonetics, ask him where Kinetic Motorsport buys their SPEARCO intercooler cores. If you didnt know Brad is the GM of Turbonetics.
I'm clearing these out at nearly cost to make room for other products on the shelf
