Default Individual Throttle Body Intake Manifold

Just got done with this one over the weekend. Will be going on a 16v VW Scirocco. First time welding cast aluminum to 6061. Overall happy with the results, but always room for improvement All comments and opinions are welcome.

Just wondering, what do people do about the IACV in an ITB setup? Is that built into the TB sets already?

Edit: Looks good btw

Looks good, those 750 ITBs? If so what did you have to do to get the spacing right? I have the same thing sitting downstairs awaiting my time. Haha, might be awhile.

Yea, GSXR 750 throttle bodies. You can see the spacers in the picture, I'm not sure where the owner sourced them, but only one had to be adjusted slightly after I was done welding the runners.

setup looks great....

Would it be possible for you to post some pics inside the port and maybe some with the t-bodies opened up?

I'm sure there are others that would like to see those too Did it take much work to smoothen things out?

Unfortunately the piece was already delivered to the end user so I don't have any pics of the TB's open.

Here is a pic of the inside before welding. He didn't want me to port it because he said he could handle that on his own.
