How do I test my headlights to see if they are in spec? Like X feet from a wall and a certain height from the ground?

I am getting flashed left and f-ing right lately. The other day a dude got out of his car at a red light and told me to turn my high beams off. I flashed him and then flipped his *** off, moron got back in his car. Its getting to be rediculous, I'm going to end up using my boxing/grapling skills for ill use if people continue to exit their cars and approach me.

 

I can't tell you the spec exactly, but if you park parallel to a wall - say, a metre from it, and look at the angle of the cutoff on the drivers side...

Does the light angle slightly downward along the wall? It should.

Do you have some weird bulbs or HID fitted?

 

100% stock. Just sick and tired of getting flashed and people getting out of their damn cars.

Ironically the Integra low beams SUCK, so I have no idea whats going on.

 

according to the helms, low beams are adjusted from the following distances:

9ft 10 inches away from wall or screen

23 inches from ground to headlights

Check that both horizontal and vertical gauge read "0"

Prior to adjusting headlights:
-park car on level ground
-fuel tank is full
-the driver or someone who weighs the same should sit in drivers seat
