IHI VF34 turbo on a Integra LS?

IHI VF34 turbo on a Integra LS?
Does anyone have this setup for their integra's? Would this be a better turbo or a T3/T4 non-ball bearing? My goal is about 400WHP stock internals.

VF34 ain't gona cut it if your trying to make 400whp on stock internals which is pretty hard to do on its own.. Your gona need something large and incharge at least a t3/t67 H.O or a T4...
