Is it normal for Skunk2 camber kits to knock over bumps?
I took a car for a test drive and the owner of the car was telling me that the skunk2 camber kit he has installed knocks on the chassis when you go over hard bumps. Is this a problem with the design of the skunk2 kit or is there something Im not being told. Please get back to me asap!
You might get better answers in the Road Racing/Autocross forum, but from what I've read it shouldn't knock. Check the wheel well, and make sure there isn't any damage from the UCA hitting anything. If the car is too low, you could either be hitting the bump stops, or there could be suspension contact with the body.
i have skunk 2 on my 94 gsr and its slammed, bu i also have good tokico struts ..if you running stockes chances are they are shot which is normal , thats prob not the whole problem but some. but mine do not hit
