I have a JDM B16A in my 95 hatch , and it runs way too rich . As soon as i turn the car on it goes right into the green , and it will even backfire while idleing . Initially i thought it had something to do with either the timing , spark , or distributor . But i checked all 3 and they are all good , and i am getting no CEL's . A honda mechanic suggested the PCM , but another idea that came to my head was that oil was leaking into the chambers (seeing as i burn a ton of oil) . And the worst part is the car bogs down terribly , it has no power especially in vtec . My 14 second car has been turned into a 17 second car PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!
