Too much info on here. Illumina's with what springs plz???
95 integra gsr
I already have the tokico illumina shocks from my coilover sleeve setup and now i want to switch to regular springs.
I never auto-x, but i love to go a lil wild on turns :-)
I guess im looking for something sporty so stiff but not bounc up and down off of my seat when stiff.
H&R sports is what im looking for?

Neuspeed Sport (the green ones).
I believe it's 250f/ 185r which is very slightly higher than stock ITR rates.
I have these on my hatch and I love them. Very smooth and comfortable on the streets with my illuminas (set on 2), and stiff enough to have lots of fun on the highway.

through lots of real world testing I've found that for Neuspeed sport springs, using setting 2 on the Illuminas results in a underdampened condition. I suggest 3 or higher. You can also mostly ignore people who suggest running a higher number on the rear shocks to counter understeer. To fix understeer, increase your rear sway bar diameter. I have found that running higher rates in the back (shock rates) has very little effect on it. A setting of 5 on the illuminas with these springs is really too harsh for bumpy streets, and can make the car feel too "nervous" on the highway. 3 and 4 are just right.
or you can get some swift springs http://www.swiftsprings.com/ or rsr race springs http://www.rs-r.com/products/s...s.php
