Default ITR Valvetrain

Hey guys, i was wondering what the ITR valvetrain consisted of. I was planning on swapping some type-r parts into my B18c1 (pistons and cams) and i was informed that i should upgrade to an ITR valvetrain as well. I found the valve springs, intake and exhaust, but i only found type-r intake valves. Are the exhaust valves the same in the b18c1 and c5?

Thanks

exhaust valves are the same.

Your lost motions assemblies may be different if your car is older than mid '95....

Otherwise they should have a larger pad and will handle higher lift cams....

Thanks,
Yah, im trying to decide between the USDM ITR cams or the J-spec (they say the J-spec has a higher lift and longer duration) from inlinefour.com. I was hoping the ITR valves and springs would work right with either set-up

The JDM intake cam had minimally more lift and longer duration but is the same as the USDM R cam from 00-01. Save your money on the JDM stuff and just find some used USDM ones, or even just the USDM R intake and stock GSR exhaust.

Well ****.. i have ITBs comming soon. I would have an upgraded intake cam, valves, and springs but stock for the exhaust - would that be alright? Or is the exhaust perfectly fine?
