Default how to by-pass O2 sensor

I would like to find out the easiest way to by-pass theO2 sensor.If you know; a step by step instructions would help........ TIA

go to an auto parts store and buy a 18mm spark plug defouler and install that between the O2 sensor and the exhaust. I passed emissions with that and a gutted cat
