Brights dont work???

Brights dont work???
Does anyone know how to wire up your brights to work? I think theres suppose to be 3 wires going to your head lights, but for some reason i got 2 
Dont really know why, bought the car like that and forgot to check everything out 
If you know how to wire it, please help me out.
