would new shocks raise my ride?
i just installed Eibach Sportlines for my 95 Civic coupe, and just put them over the stock shocks. the front is really low and i think the shocks might be blown due to weight of the motor (the back is fine). btw, the front was already lower before i installed the springs, but now it's too low. so if i got shocks for the front, would it raise the front end up a little?
The front will be lower if you have a b-series motor. That kit was designed around the vehicle standard weight front and rear. And springs hold the car up, not the shocks.
what do you mean "the front was lower before i put on the springs"
lower compared to what?
the shcoks dont matter they dont hold any of the weight of the car
all the weight of the car goes on the springs

before i put on the new springs, the stock suspension was lower in the front then in the back. measured from the ground to the side skirts, it was about a 1.25 inch difference. (and you could just tell by looking at it that it was lower in the front).
now after putting the springs in, my car is lowered like it should be, but it still has about a 1.25 inch difference between the heigth of the front and the height of the back. making it a bit too low in the front. my car appears to 'slant forward'.
since shocks wouldn't do anything. is there anything else i could do/change to make the front a bit higher?
