Default trans fluid?

how often should i change trans fluid and is this difficult to do?

its very simple, not sure about the time though. You can check the fluid level if you have never change it before.

MT, and where do i check it at, sorry i've only been into this car junk for about a year or so

ok i'm not sure how to post a pic or a link, but go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and make your way to a Prelude 97 Base Model MT housing. you drain the tranny with bolt #12, and fill it with bolt #15. it helps if you take off your intake, and passenger side wheel, and if you have a funnel and vinyl hose. you fill up the tranny until fluid overflows from the upper bolt hole.
