k24 w/ rsx-s 6speed tranny..........everything jsut installed, new clutch and fly.

prob:
engine off, push clutch and goes into gear as expected

engine on, push clutch and will not go into gear, no grinding no nothing, can't push it into ANY gear

engine off, put into gear, start it up and it wants to roll and cannot take it out of gear

HELP!!!!!!!

 

happend to me too.... but thats when it was broken. clutch spring brook off and got jamed between the clutch and flywheel

 

I'm pulling the tranny tomorrow to see.

 

I agree, it sounds like a clutch or throw-out bearing problem. Did you look to see if the release are is moving when you depress the clutch.

FIXED!!

Adjusted the pedal rod.
