Yes, but it must come from a 5spd DX,LX or SE.
The EX has provisions for the ABS warning lamp

Although I've no direct experience in trying this (and I hesitate recommending something I haven't tried), I would think that IF it came from a 4cyl 5spd EX, then the only difference would be the proviso for the ABS lamp. I believe the only difference is the use of one additional terminal in one of the connectors

there is no difference they all are interchangable, yes the ex comes with the abs light but it wont make a difference. u can just change the plastic light cover with ur old lx one and the abs will be gone.

btw, i have a jdm auto cluster for sale if ur interested. as stated u can just change the auto bezel cover with ur manual cover.

dunno how the open door indicator on the guage is gonna function properly, if the car has 4 doors, and the guage only has 2doors

I would think that any bean counter worth his calculator would have suggested using one display for both applications, but disable the function for the rear doors.
I'm curious, and will look closely at my 2dr cluster and let you know.

As I suspected (and confirmed earlier this evening when I dragged my sorry white a...s outside with a flashlight and eyeballed the thing)

my friend has a 6th gen car and that isn't the only difference. the drive (D4-D1) indicator lights are on the right side instead of the center of the dash.

I feel sorry for the 7th gen owners as they got stuck with the "old people" dash- I mean take a look at the size of the speedo and numbers on that thing.....
