HF suspension
hey, i just put a z6 in my 89 hf and im lookin to upgrade the 15 year old suspension now. i know it has a 15mm(?) front sway bar and no rear bar. what in the way of sway bars should i get? from my understanding i cant just get an si bar and bolt that right up correct? i'd have to get the rear arms or something? do aftermarket bars bolt right up?
and as for shocks/springs im looking for a good autox setup. preferably something adjustable, but dont want to spend like 1g+ on full coilovers. i saw on neuspeeds site they offer koni yellows and their racing springs for 600 bucks. that to me seemed like a really good deal, but the springs drop like 2" which seems a bit extreme. i just read that you can change the height with the koni shocks themselves? if thats the case then i could raise it from that 2" drop if i wanted correct? i know omni power makes some cheap full coilovers, but they arnt adjustable. what other options are out there? just lookin to spend like 500-1k for shocks/springs
thanks for any advice

its got a 17mm hollow front bar. i would keep it.
you can buy a suspension techniques rear bar since you do not have a rear bar stock. it has the kit to adapt it properly without different control arms.
koni's do a have a very limited hiegh adjustment available on their yellow shocks.
you can also try the tokico illumina kit with springs. should be a good handling ride.
also, since your car is 15 years old, i recommend rebuilding your steering rack with a new rack end bushing. $10 in parts.

would the 22mm rear make it oversteer quite a bit? i drive somewhat hard on back roads and i dont want this thing doing a snap oversteer thing into a tree or anything. im used to my integra GS which has huge understeer...though i guess autoXing would teach me the limits pretty quickly.
where would you get rack end bushings? i saw that ES made some, but it says power steering only in parenthesis and my rex is manual steering

its a dealer only part. it has nothing to do with what energy suspension sells.

as for the 22mm, no, i dont think its too much for a crx. however, youre free to just get a Si bar (or integra rear bar). youll just have a tougher time getting the stock bar installed because other than getting the Si rear lower control arms, you need to mount the bracket to the chassis. you can do what this guy did. but most ppl dont like taking the effort to do things themselves like this guy.... youre free to prove me wrong.

theres no other aftermarket bar i believe that is less than 22mm.
