You've heard wrong. The only Apex unit that can compare to Hondata is the Power FC which I happen to have for sale in my sig

Wrong. Its also more expensive.

I had Jack @ P1 Auto tune my car with Neptune and I've been very happy with the results.

There are other tuning solutions that do all of that for a lot less $$.

Not that do all that for only $595....I'm talking about no need for a chip burner or romulator or anything like that.

Neptune does... for what its worth, thats about what I paid total - chip, ecu socketing, dyno time and tuning. No chip burning either. Socket and tune.

ah, but for that wiht the s300 you don't need a burner and you can do the tuning yourself and make any adjustments you'll ever need and you can datalog.

Once its tuned, why do you need to keep making adjustments?

Crome ($free) + Chipped P28 ($150) + good tuner ($free-$100) = maximum of roughly $250. Dyno time is usually $75/hr depending on the shop.

Crome offers all that Hondata can and more, especially if you're trying to tune ITB's, where it blows every other tuning solution out the doors (minus the standalone EMS's ie: Haltec, AEM...)

With the Neptune RTP you can also do the same and will be cheaper than the s300 stuff.

I'm running Crome Pro right now with itb tools plus, but I'm pretty sure that neptune could do as well.....

perhaps jack could tell us if neptune can handle full tps mapping.....

FC works for me....i like the fact you have a readout of the functions....not just a ecu that has a chip.

Your car is never tuned when you keep making minor mods!

Find a "Reputable" tuner that is close to you and ask him what hes most familiar with. Then buy that.
