I have all the parts to do a y7-y8 swap but i was wondering will it still pass visual for smog........ dont really what to go with b series swap because of the state ref...... so has anyone smogged a mini me swap....thanks in advance for the help.

I'm not really familiar with eks, but shouldn't it look just like a y8 motor? (except for the engine code)

 

Yea both engines are the same... The differnce is the vtec and the intake mani..... So I'm not so concerned about the smog cause I know it will pass its the visuals I'm worried about... Casue some smog shops do look at every aspect of your engine..
