Finally raced my civic at the 1/4 mile....timeslips inside!! :)
Shane and I went to the 1/4 mile dragway in Darlington yesterday(a 3 hour trek 
).....it was pretty fun!! 
I think we bothed realized how much better a 1/4 mile strip can be all together. The track was so wide, and super grippy. Not to mention they actually used a sweeper machine to clean the strip, like they should. Usually its some kid with a broom.
We also got to watch some nice races. They were 3 crazy vettes there....and a couple of top fuel cars, but they had a hard time getting a good run and keeping it straight(it was just test & tune)
Shane ran the best time like always(he ran 3 runs)...but I still did pretty good. I got my best 1/8 mile.
here's the fastest timeslip with shane driving! the reaction time was not the greatest.
I ran a 16.6 I will post my timeslip soon! I have to scan it still!!

Cool! Good job. That's not a bad time, the 16.2 is really good though. The last time out at the track I got a 16.211 in my civic, but I only have a cat back, not all the other mods you have. With a little practice, you could hit 16.2 easily.

there was a civic dx with a type R motor and trans. he also had a LSD. He was runnin 9.5 in the 1/8 @74mph, and 14.9 in the 1/4 @ 98mph. he couldnt break 100 but it was damn close. i dont know what i was thinkin with that .9 RT wait i wasnt

but 14.9 in a civic with an ITR motor? either that guy cant drive or his motor is ***. people with ITR's run faster than that stock

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Good ****.... Nice Run. We gonna go test My friend's Dx tomorrow at Mororso. He got HEaders and Intake. Lets see how he does....

R/Ts don't figure into your 1/4 mile time.
shane ran faster than me with a .9 r/t and I got a .6
