Default oh snaps...my gas tank is leaking.

damn, i didnt even know until today. this morning i noticed that i had 100 miles on the od and my gas level was underneath the "Full" white line, this morning it was 1/8 of an inch lower so im like wtf...it would probably go up later, cause thats what happens when i take corners fast in my eg. So i get to school, five hours later i got break so i come out and im like, wtf...i'll check if i have a gas leak...I cross my fingers and peak under and what do you know...im dripping. So my question, can i just jb weld that biatch up because i dont want to spend money buying a new gas tank for my beater?...well let me know guys.

do you know exactly where the leak is? i thought i had a hole in my tank b/c it would stank when i went around corners and up hills.

it ended up being the fuel filler pipe.

go to a salvage, and get a new one.

dont mess around man, it could cause more/bigger/serious problems.

go to a salvage, get a new one, flush it out, and install it. case closed.

never mind, i found out that it was a gas tank while i worked on it all day yesterday...i simple cut the fuel line and used a longer 50psi fuel line to reconnect it.
