Default need fuel help

i need some help with my fuel. i have a 1996 4 door ls integra with a built head by jg engine dynamics and crower 403's. i searched and couldn't find what fuel setting i will need to run. the car will idle fine for a couple minutes but as soon as i give the car gas and put it back in neutral it will shut off. i'm running a stock fuel system with a b&m fuel pressure regulator. waht do i need to set the psi at while the hose is connected and then with the hose disconnected. please help!!!

with head work like that you really should get the car tuned with at least a VAFC, better would be hondata,uberdata something, stock is 36-45, id start there and get it tuned

Correct. An adjustable FPR really isn't going to suffice as far as tuning is concerned.
