Rust in gas tank??

Default Rust in gas tank??

on my crx im switching to ls vtec turbo and right now my cars a shell so i wanna fix everything....but before i used to notice that around a quarter of a tank my car bogs...sputs...and doesnt work right....what could the cause be...cuz then i put in 5$ in gas and its fine.....is this rust in the tank? and if so is there any tests to check whats wrong...and the gauge is accurate...i replaced it twice to be sure

a clogged pickup. (I think thats what its called) Where its pulled out of the tank.

Well sometimes when the gas is at a higher level the sediments and **** float around and when it gets low they settle towards the bottom clogging it up

Whens the last time you changed your fuel filter? You may want to do a fuel pressure tst also
