1993 foglight install?

i've bought a used set of JDM/OEM yellow foglights for my bb3 honda prelude, and i was wondering if anyone knows about a writeup about how to install them?

1. Remove bumper
2. Cut out plastic in the foglight area of the bumper
3. Bolt up the foglights to the bumper'
4. Plug in foglights
5. Install fog switch and relay in cabin

ta-dah!
