lets see, im doing the same exact build up...
you got a b18a obd-o motor so heres what you need...
LS tranny (ys1)
pr4 obd-o ecu
88-91 civic b series swap motor mounts
you will have to cut the shift linkage and weld together ( or buy from jdmshit.com)
figure out what engine harness you want to use and figure out how to wire it up
i know im probably forgettig something, but thats basicly what you need...

Any b series tranny bolts up. The harness depends on what model car you have. The axles I have no clue because I'm using aftermarket ones.

i have herd that 90-92 teg axles work on a b16 tranny so should that work for this too? It's non vtec so is there much modification to the harness?

What model hatch do you have? If its an si then the harness is plug and play. DX or STD you will need to do the dpfi to mpfi swap. I used 90 teg axles. I have the ecu you will need (OBD-0 PR4). Got any questions you can pm, me ive done this swap a cpl times.
the wiring is nothing to be worried about. If the motor is obd1 then it will take more work. If the motor is a 90 or 91 b18a then its obd-0, if its 92-93 then its obd-1. So if its a 90-91 b18a its plug and play.
Like stated above you will need; mounts and shift linkage for a b series swap, motor, b series cable tranny(unless u get the hydro conversion kit), axles, ecu. Then you need to learn whats involved in the swap. You will need to get in the engine bay with a hammer and beat the crap outta some stuff for clearance reasons.

you also need a b series fuel line. i just did an ls swap in my car and converted it to obd1 but this was with a 96 obd2 ls engine. you may need a integra cable for the clutch, integra throttle cable would look better.
b16 tranny would be best cause it would be the fastest. i used 90-93 teg axles but i was using a 90-93 teg intermdiate shaft.

ya, i used the the stock civic clutch cable and just cut the plastic sheath back about an inch. used the integra throttle cable. I dont really know what you mean by the b series fuel line? i didnt change any fuel lines on any of the ls swaps ive done. but they have all been obd-0. If you got an obd 1 motor it will be easier for you to just convert the motor to obd-0 all you need is 90-91 teg injectors and dizzy.
sorry about the fuel line, i was thinking of my dpfi. but his is an si right. as far as the clutch cable, my stock clutch cable worked, idk if that means its stretched out or anything but yeah.
but if he converts to obd0 from an obd1, since he has the stock motor, all he needs is the dist. because you can use any obd for injectors and since he has his stock 1 wire o2 that can swap over, so all he needs is a obd0 teg dist

i am also doing this swap and i have an si and a 90 ls integra motor and i need b series motor mounts if anyone has them and need a pr4 but i need help also so im gonna use this thread as a guide because ive never owned a honda till about three days ago(not tryin to be a post *****)
