Alright, this is my first post in your forum. So far it seems like the best forum for ITR's!!!!!! My birthday is coming up and i'm getting an AEM CAI and probably the JDM DC 4-1 Headers w/ carsound cat system. What kind of gains should I expect??? Is it alright leave my exhaust stock? Will I have any problems? And finally what kind of gains would an exhaust system get me?

Hey welcome! try doing a search for the headers and gains. There was a test done a few months back.
