i have a 95 accord sohc non vtec i have a msd ignition, ngk wires, fuel pressure regulator, stage 2 clutch, aftermarket jet chip, and i am adding a zex wet nitrous kit and want to know how many shots should i go with and whats the safest? also will i have to retard the timing and if so how much?

 

take off the chip before you run any nos...

 

i seen people here on HT post that they have ran about 75hp shot repeated on a stock block without any problems...i dont have any first hand experiance with nitrous but if i were to use nitrous on a stock block i would start with 55...

Start with a 55 shot and see how it goes. I haven't felt the need to step up from a 55 shot but I've talked to others who have ran that size wet shot on Accords repeatedly with out any problems. Just be smart (92 octane, two step colder plugs, etc) about it and you should be fine Check out Zex's site.
You won't need to retard the ignition with a 55 shot, but you'll need to retard it 2 degrees for a 65 shot and 4 degrees for a 75.
