If its a 5th gen I think I might know what the problem is. Since aftermarket speakers tend to be deeper than stock theyll usually end up touching against that thin black bar that runs across the top of the trunk. Especially the right one. Just look under the trunk to see what Im talking about, while you hae it open it wont touch the speaker but when u close the hood it gets closer to it and causes it to rattle when it hits it. What I did to fix it was just put like a piece of like soft foam between the bar and the speakers. Kinda ghetto but no rattles it
If you still dont know what Im talking about I can take a picture but Im sure you can figure it out.

good thinking kaosyn, i will flip the back seat down tommorow and put some foam there, it does sound like the trunk rattles alot and that could fix it

you think those type R 6x9's rattle bad ... you should of heard my type R 12" subs when i first put them in
i had to use double sided tape on the back of the license plate among other things

Also, I also stuffed random pieces of styrofoam under the rear speaker platform in the random holes. My 3rd useless brake light would also rattle and this fixed it. Now my ludes rattle free even with the subs
