Default Not getting 12v+ at my fuse box. WTF is the problem?

I've got an '89 sedan that I'm putting a '91 CRX dashboard in. I did all the modifications necessary to the dashboard to get it to fit. Then I wired up the harness. Got the gauge cluster all working and free of bugs.

Well, I go to plug my radio back in. It won't come on. Test for 12v at the harness. Nothing.

Test for 12v at the pin location on the fuse box...NOTHING! WTF?

I never blew any fuses, never had any sparks...nothing. Everything went smoothly without a hitch.

Where is the next test point from here? I've never had any trouble with 12v+ being lost at the fuse box; I don't know where the next point to test in the line is.

did you connect your battery terminals back up or double check your wiring?
