Default JDM Motor/harness

I have a JDM GSR motor. I was just wondering how would I go about doing the engine harness because everything is reversed. if I reverse the harness, there will be some plugs that do not reach.

Also this is going into a 92 Hatch so what do I need to wire up? Knock sensor, vtec, secondaries and what else? Any other things I must know?

Yep that can be a problem when getting a JDM engine. I had the same issue with my JDM B16A. What you have to do is completely remove the harness and flip the clips that attach the engine harness to the chassis harness. So you will need to extend some wires and shorten others. As far as wiring you will need to add VTEC and the KS wiring, I'm pretty sure the link below will explain all the wiring mods you will have to do to the car itself. Since you need to wire the IAB wires as well as the O2 heater signal. If your not at least a novice with the soldering iron/electronics I would suggest having someone who is mod your engine harness.

This link is useful as well.
