Default w00t 400 hp club and then some (not a honda)

I moon and earth finally aligned aka they had race gas at lujan on a day when i had a working boost controller and an empty tank of gas...

first the pump gas numbers:

that was on 20 psi

then we put in the c16 and turned up the boost to 27 psi, the final numbers were:

now its time to rewire the fuel pump or get an aeromotive on there. the emanage is basically maxed out and its dropping pressure uptop but the a/f stays good. i dont want to turn up the fp much because its a daily driver and it makes it drive like crap.

setup is a gt40 kit,750/emanage/return, 3 inch exhaust, agp race intercooler and clutch master fx400. thanks to pablo for putting in a lot of hours on that dyno and doing a damn good job too.

I would be VERY weary of the CM stg 4 at that power level. My CM stage 4 blew up at half track with 387ft lbs. Separated the center hub from the disc. You may want to look into a twin disc or a flywheel/clutch combo instead of the modular setup. The flexplate on mine was also torn to pieces. Modern Performance sells a thicker flex plate...you should try to get your hands on it and install it asap as well as a scatter shield. I know my 3.94 tranny was cheap, but your NVG 3.55 will NOT be cheap...nor your radiator, starter, axles, etc. Not trying to be pessimistic, just trying to save you the hassle I already went thru.

BTW nice numbers on the stock bottom end. I was concerned at 400/400. Guess I shouldn't have been.

Do you have your timing map uploaded? I'd like to take a look at it if thats cool.

Gt40 kit replaces the downpipe, turbo manifold, turbo, wastegate, dump tube, oil feed and return lines as well as water feed lines. requires the use of a hard pipe IC and your own BOV.

Stock head and stock cams...like me

Yes.. that's all stock..not even a bigger Throttle body...

I found this set up (same as he has) to be very effective..

SC61 E housing .60 front .63 rear stage 5 wheel
RC 750's
fuel pump
return line
intercooler
intake and emanage...

Pablo

.63 ... yeah .. it spools pretty quick.. on the dyno it spools up at 4200rpm
on the street 3800-4000rpm...

I made the same amount of torque and only 300whp on my stroked 2.3L with a TD04HL-19T @ 19psi but my torque curve sucks. My .48 turbine just chokes up top.

I'm going with a GT3076R (.63).

I thought you would make more power with a GT40 compressor. Is the manifold log style?

this is fst blk gti:

thats around the ball park for what they make on the gt40 compressor. 6k rpm redline holds it back, plus stock head which is nothing out of this world. a stand alone and some cams will really help this car come alive. but i'm happy with the numbers
