Spoon Lengend (RL) article?
Yes, I searched and didn't find it but didn't someone post a translation of a Japanese article about a "first drive" of the Spoon Legend.
Link?

Are you doing some research on the next "25 Hours of Thunderhill" car. Last year, your TL was a real shocker, you know, the fact that you could take a luxury car and turn it into a race winner. Heck, why not turn a Honda Ridgeline into a 25 Hour car.....errr....I mean truck.

are you bringing the TL back for the 25 hrs? I heard rumor last year that you guys might work on RL this year. Any truth to that?</TD></TR></TABLE>

Andrie, Probably the RL rumors were misdirect towards us when in fact it was Spoon who was building the RL b/c it was at last year's race that I first heard about the Spoon RL project. I asked about it now because there is a Grand Am team looking for RL infomation.
I'd love to keep you in suspense about the TL but it won't be at Thunderhill. We will be making the trip to the VIR 13 Hour in November with it. Still working on plans for this year's 25.
JM, You laugh about the Ridgeline but after the 25 Hour success last year, someone actually suggested that we should do Baja with the Ridgeline!!! We declined.

i don't know too much, but isn't the RL kinda of a black sheep for grand am? Looking at the HP/tq/ and the fact that it has AWD, makes me think that there is no way it could go into ST. But i don't think it has enough HP to go GS.

I'm not laughing, actually, I think you guys could win with it. Wouldn't that be magazine fodder?

Very much so but that doesn't keep people from being curious.

I though they raced the Legend body (91-95) in some road race. I remember it but I was like 13 years old and didnt know much about race groups and clubs. I was thinking of building a coup Legend for ITE or HU car.

in the 7th picture from the left, it looks like there is some type of in line pump in some on the SS lines that go to the fluid cooler. Would this be for engine oil, or most likely a tranny fluid cooler?

Looks like Tranny to me. Honda AT transmissions don't have that powerful of a pump so that's probably why it needs the inline. We had to beef up the pump flow rate on Ridgeline to get the full benefit of using that larger cooler on it.
