Default IAB control in Euro R

Is there any advantage to running a p72 ecu rather than a p28 with a Euro R engine? Does a Euro R even have secondary intake runners? Thanks ahead of time.

all OBDII vtec motors have a knock sensor

ok then, p72 will use knock sensor, p28 will not
