WHat B series internals make for the highest horse and torque in a LS/VTEC
assuming you had OEM internals ( just so i have an idea)
course ill be getting eagle rods and crower valve springs and retainers but not right away
when i first do the build it will be an all OEM affair
what Pistons Rods and Crank should i use in my LS/vtec Setup and any other tips y'all could tell me

you should check out BME pistons and rods... my fiance's father builds their dragster... they are really reliable and most importantly powerful
CTR pistons... i think they have to be modified to have their rods work or LS rods work with those pistons... but they are the highest compression B series pistons from honda....

what he said........
also you can use either a CTR intake cam or an 01 ITR intake cam. they both have the same specs and are supposed to be the best oem b series vtec cam. for the exhaust cam, just stick with the b16. there isn't much difference between any of the exhaust cams.

what?? off b16a head I tested on a comp calc it said it would be a 13.9:1 comp ratio or did i mess up.
b16 head
ls block+crank
pct*b16b* pistons
gave me that comp

yea i think you messed up somewhere. my brother has an ls-vtec with the head milled 30 thousandths running itr pistons and his is like 12.1 to 1. now i know that the itr and ctr are a little different but i don't think they have that much difference. check your data and try again.
