Default Ran the b16 coupe in englishtown tonight

Ran a 15.6 tonight in e town best time yet. Its nothing speacial i should prob be runnin 15 flat. B16sirII converted to obd2 running the 99-00 ecu w/ a gsr trans n stock lsd i/e and no weight reductions w/ ac still hooked up in a 2000 ex coupe on stock steelies.... Ran a better time than a crx w/ a "built bottom to top b16" according to him, but he beat me cause of my reaction time sucked. Hows it sound?? Its stock clutch also, but should i be running better times??

Sounds about right. You wont run much faster then 89mph with a stock engine in a coupe.

My best time stock with my 00 SiR was 15.36 @ 89 mph I think. I ran 14.98 @ 92 mph with an AEM CAI and 100 lbs of weight reduction.

Dont forget you have the GSR tranny with longer gears. This wont help with a torqueless engine like the B16.

damn 14.9 is good, maybe next time ill do some weight reduction. I figure the gsr gears will be good when i boost, hopefully next year. Hopefully I can get in the high 14s with better tires n some headers right??

Weight reduction will help a lot.

Remove passanger seet, back seats, spare tire, jack, etc...

Easy ~.2-.3s on the 1/4 and some mph.
