haha u guys r a trip the purpose of this is just another engine accessorie to make it nice n purdy. That's all.

I have to take a look at an ls valve cover to be able to create something. But on teh real tho i just wannted to get a feel to see how much ppl are willing to pay for a spark plug cover b/c i notice dc, aem, comptech ect ect ect makes these but they are a minimum of $100 and it goes up from there...

Mine has one stock and it's plastic. Nothing nice and shiny but if anything I would not bother to buy one unless it was the JDM ITR one or the spoon one.

Do the JDM ITR have a different spark plug cover than USDM GS-R?

It does? Never had a problem here.

I think the guy needs help too, but that's not my department.

to answer your question.. personally i would not buy one.. my car already comes w/ a cover and i dont really see the need to replace it w/ an aluminum one..

bring your piece o poop plastic cover to a local cnc machinist and you can have one made for you at half the cost. you can even make a template for any logo and brush the aluminum with a brass or steel brush to stand out. did this myself, fortunately i new the machinist and he only charged me $30.00.

i was messin around, no spark plug cover is made of plastic. do you have any idea how hot it gets! it may look plastic because its coated (black) but theyre all made of aluminum and you can buy a liquid that takes it off, looks good.
mine is certainly not aluminum....and im pretty sure its plastic, feels like looks like and sounds like plastic....

and unless these aluminum ones were like $15-20...i wouldnt purchase one.
