Will a 99 block work with an 01 bock parts?

Will a 99 block work with an 01 bock parts?
looking to get a back up block sleeved? Found a 99 h22a4 block, but didn't know if the block parts (girdle, crank, ect.) for my my 01 block would transfer over on to the 99 block? Are the blocks interchangable? thanks for the help

shouldn't be, cause both motors are H22A4
