Default obd1 tps same as obd0

I just put a 95? ls throttle body on my b16a and cant get it running right. It is shitting fuel out the tailpipe and my wideband just says rich. I used the tps off my obd0 tb and put it on the obd1. Dont see why it wouldnt be interchangeable?

Also using a obd1 map. Using new gaskets and shouldnt have any leaks? What could be causing me to run soo rich?

the TPS is just a variable resistor that turns with the throttle. As long as it reads right it's fine. (.5v at idle, 4.5v at WOT with a smooth transition in between)

too rich could be anything, any CELs?
which ECU? chipped?
O2 sensor? FPR? larger injectors?

Yea i calibrated the tps a few times according to my manual and in conjunction with honda tech. Keep popping a code 7 after reseting ecu. So then i loosened it and was twisiting it back and forth with same results.

Chipped p28 running uberdata with 450s using only a wideband and stock fuel pressure.

Car ran perfect 2 days ago before i switched the tb. NOthing else changed and i used all new gaskets.

both the idle and WOT points are right? and there's no jumping of the voltage as you turn the throttle?
are you sure that TPS signal is getting to the ECU? (100% positive that the wires are right at the TPS? - instant code means obvious problem)
do you have another TPS or ECU to try?

Ok, got the map sensor working good, afr is better.

Now the idle is stuck at 2 grand. No vacuum leaks. I took the charge pipe off and plug the lower hole in the tb that goes to iacv and nothing happened. Then i plugged hte upper hole and hte idle dropped down to 1200 rpm. I cant figure out what this is telling me though.
