accord exhaust question
Ok, i have a 94 accord 2 door with jdm h22a swap. as of the moment i have a shitty *** megan racing header which i hate, with a local exhaust shop's cat, and 2.5" cat-back piping, into a universal n1 style muffler.
well, as of the moment, the downpipe is welded to the cat, and cat is welded to the cat-back. so its kind of a paint in the ***, cause i can't take the header off to work on ****.
I am going to replace my header, as well as the cat-back, i just need to know what cat will fit with the swap, so i dont have to get everything welded again. i want to be able to bolt everything together. I know the 5th gen accord cat wont work, will the prelude cat work??
thanks

Heck, I'd go right to the sourse and give Magnaflow a call in the morning. They may be able to fix you up with either a direct bolt up converter, or a slip-on type and a set of flanges you can have welded on.
Any muffler shop worth it's welder can put it together. You just got to specify what you want (and be willing to pay for it).
