I was wondering if you could tell me what fuel line to order that will go from the civic fuel filter to the prelude fuel rail. I have searched, but it left me confused. I could not find any specifics on what fuel line to order if you want a brand new one. I have a Vortex Fuel rail the damn thing wont quit leaking and everytime you pull the injectors out it ruins the seals. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Is it leaking from the fitting in the pressure regulator? That banjo bolt should have a washer on top and on bottom of that fitting. Check to make sure they are both there.

 

i had this problem in my eg swap. I was trying to use the del sol fuel line with banjo bolt on the lude fuel rail. They are not compatible. You need an accord or prelude line and banjo bolt. I got one off an accord at a junkyard, ditched the honda filter and installed a universal inline fuel filter.

 

I have the vortex fuel rail. You have to modify the stock fuel pressure regulator and attach it to the vortex fuel rail with this adapter block it comes with. I believe it is leaking from there, so i ordered a new FPR O-Ring. It is not leaking from the banjo bolts, and the washers on either side of them are there. Does anyone know which fuel line I can order brand new so I can put the stock lude fuel rail back on since this vortex one is giving me trouble?

 

With mine I used the Civic fittings and a Prelude banjo bolt. I had a custom line made because on a JDM motor, the regulator is on the opposite side.

 

Thats intresting because my stock civic fuel line fit but did not have enough slack becuase i had to move my fuel filter. I ended up buying a steel braided line and put Earl's fittings on it. Hasn't leaked yet well except for when i was test driving because it loosended up on the fuel rail but once i tighend it i had no issues since. If your line isn't leaking why are you trying to replace it? Also how do you know it's leaking? Smell gasy? Do you have your EVAP canister hooked up if not thats the gas smell. Also where ever it is leaking you'll see a brownish gold residue from the gas. Look for that before you go buying stuff.

I get customs made for $25. I haven't found a fuel line that will fit an EG fuel filter to H22 motor yet, but that's just me.
