hey everybody i have been looking into turboing my jdm h22a. my modifications i already have are in my signature. but i need ur help on some things. first of all i need to know wat i will need other than the basic turbo setup as in the turbo, intercooler,turbo manifold, ect. i am looking to only run stock boost on a t3/t4 for now. wat kind of boost could i do on a stock fuel system and stock internals???could i turn it up at all???i want to leave the vtec ingauged so i was told to buy a vafc and have it tuned professionally and that would be fine?? am i going to have to worry about running lean???will i need to buy a fuel rail and injectors right now or can i just wait to do that when i want to turn up the boost???is there anything that could happen like frying the rings or damaging the engine in any other manor with just stock boost???thanks guys

 

u can run 7psi on a stock h22a im plannin on runnin that on my jdm h u dont want to get a vafc caus u will need engine management sooner or later, so go for hondata s200 or s300 if u got cash, u dont need a fuel rail, u need a fuel regulator, and pump is good, prob injectors too, and yes get it tuned, it would be smart to be a wideband air fuel so u know how lean or rich u are running, and dont run lean caus i have seen motors get messed up from boosting too lean.
